Hearing Practice Administrator
Rebecca Stiffler (Becky) graduated from Baker College in 2006. During that time she received certification as a Nursing Assistant. She previously worked in a nursing home environment before relocating to the DC area where she obtained her certificate in Medical Assistance. Upon returning to Michigan, she enrolled in the Audiologist’s Assistant Program from NOVA Southeastern University while working with Dr. Rosner as a Patient Care Coordinator. Attending local training seminars is allowing Becky to advance her knowledge in the trends of hearing technology. She works diligently to ensure hearing instrument wearers are comfortable and satisfied with their devices. Becky is a proud mother and an avid fan of all Detroit teams particularly, the Detroit Tigers and brings that same dedication and exuberance to work with her every day.
Rebecca Stiffler recently completed the NOVA Southeastern University Audiology Assistant program! This online program prepares trainees to work under the supervision of a licensed audiologist, performing selected tasks in patient assessment and working with hearing aids and other amplification systems. The two modules, Diagnostics and Amplification, teach a variety of critical tasks allowing the assistant to work closely with the audiologist, delivering quality care to patients. She performs a variety of duties in the office including assisting in balance disorders testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of hearing instruments, patient intake, and office billing. Stiffler will work under the direction supervision of Arthur Rosner, MD. Lifestyle Hearing is the hearing and audiology division of the ENT practice, located in Rochester Hills, MI.

Patient Care Coordinator and Audiology Assistant
I am the friendly face at the front desk. I love to make patients smile and have the best possible experience with our office. I am happy to answer patients’ questions, plan for appointments, help resolve concerns, and make visits positive ones. It is important to me that each of our patients has a feeling of comfort and confidence in our office, providing a family-like atmosphere.
My dream has always been to work in the medical field helping others. I joined the Lifestyle Hearing team February 2015 as the Patient Care Coordinator. I have recently become certified as an audiology assistant, and love working hands-on with patients.
My husband and I have three dogs: two black labs named Hank and Waylon, and a terrier mix named Lillie. I love spending time with my family, going camping, going off-roading, being outdoors, and enjoying our pontoon boat on the lake in the summer.
Patient Care Coordinator/CPOP/ Sleep Study Coordinator
I have worked in the medical field ever since I graduated from high school. Those jobs were in an optometry and a gastroenterology office, but I finally feel like I have found my niche here at Lifestyle Hearing. In October 2017 I became certified to perform hearing tests, and I absolutely love doing this. In addition to working with hearing aids, I also coordinate the sleep studies for Dr. Rosner’s ENT office. My passion, which has not changed since I was younger, is to help and take care of others. There is nothing more rewarding than when a patient leaves our office smiling ear-to-ear from hearing sounds not heard for a long time.
Music and concerts are an important part of my life. I also love to travel. There is nothing I like better than packing my bags and going off to explore a new place. My second home, which is the place where I spend most of my free time, is at my family’s cottage in Houghton Lake. I enjoy spending as much time as I can laughing with family and friends. Hearing them laugh make me feel great! In addition to my family and friends, I have a German shepherd, Shadow, who means the world to me.
Medical Practice Manager
I have been a medical practice manager since 2003, and I joined Dr. Rosner’s office and Lifestyle Hearing in 2015. I love helping our employees grow by providing them with the information, knowledge, experience, and tools they need to create great experiences for our patients.
My focus now is on helping the Lifestyle Hearing team. I am proud to be working with a team of such incredible medical professionals. It gives me great pleasure to witness our hearing team working with patients to improve their quality of life using the latest hearing technology. It is a wonderful feeling working with patients and seeing their smiles of satisfaction and gratitude for our team members who helped restore their hearing.
I am a lifelong Michigan resident, and my family and I love Michigan summers. My husband and I love boating with our three beautiful girls. He and I have wanderlust; we love to travel. My position with Lifestyle Hearing allows me to have a wonderful work/family life balance. I am thankful that my family supports my career with Lifestyle Hearing, and that Lifestyle Hearing supports the love I have for my family. As someone who enjoys listening to music, hearing my children’s laughter, listening to birds singing, and planes fly by, it is wonderful to be in an environment where patients are helped to enjoy these amazing sounds.
